Jeff was the quintessential “go to guy.” He was there to help anyone, at any time with anything they needed. The world has lost a truly remarkable man. Jeff touched, and was touched by, many lives in the course of doing the job he so loved. Jeff most recently was proud to serve as the Director of the Health Department for the City of Leominster, having previously served as the Health Director for the Town of Westford and as a Health Inspector for the City of Fitchburg.
